An Eye for Design

Everything I do has some relation to design.

Creating special one-of-a-kind, limited edition purses is my passion and custom work is my pleasure. A purse by Elaine Designs is the perfect accessory for the arty and sophisticated. As a designer, I pay attention to detail and rescue beautiful fabric remnants before they end up in a landfill. I have a vast collection of vintage findings from my mom who was a milliner and had her own shop in NYC in the 1940s. I was inspired to create purses after looking at some vintage fabrics that I inherited from her. Designing purses has become my obsession, and it is this passion that created the business Elaine Designs.

I graduated from Pratt Institute in NYC, and am the creative director of Elaine Weber Designs, Inc., an award-winning graphic design studio located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
