Thank you for shopping Elaine Designs Purses. I create handmade purses and accessories which are limited editions, one-of-a-kind and custom design. I hope you will receive as much pleasure in your purse or accessory as I did in creating it. I know that you will receive many compliments on your purchase!

Payment

Payment may be made online through Google or PayPal (if you do not have a Google or PayPal account, you can still use it as a guest). Payment should be made when order is made. If payment is not received within 24 hours of order, order will be canceled and item will be relisted unless buyer has contacted me to make other arrangements. You may also pay by check or money order, and I can process your credit card manually if you do not like to purchase online. Checks should be made out to Elaine Designs.

There is a charge of 6% sales tax for items shipped to FL addresses.

Shipping

FREE Shipping via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation on orders of $100 or more. If you choose our FREE Shipping, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are shipped. If this is a concern, then other shipping options such as insurance or expedited shipping can be purchased. Please contact me for more information. For items less than $100, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation will be shipped at the lowest rate possible, using USPS Zone Rates.

If an item is in stock, it usually will be sent within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Special orders will generally take 1-2 weeks to produce a purse.

Before You Buy

If you have any questions, I am more than happy to provide additional pictures and information. My bags are made in a smoke free environment.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact me within 2 days of receipt to arrange a return. If you do experience a problem, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll work with you to come to a resolution.

The photos and descriptions represent the product as closely as possible, and have met our quality control standards. Please remember that everything is handcrafted, and will be constructed differently than a manufactured item. Special attention is placed on proper packing.
